Remembering Roy Glenn - Actor, Writer and Producer

MEMPHIS TN (IFS) --Roy Edwin Glenn is known for his many roles in the motion picture industry from writing, producing, voice overs and acting in drama shows with the likes of Natalie Wood, James Dean, Ronald Reagan and Eddie Albert.  Possible best known for his role as Sidney Poitier's father in "Guess Who's Coming To Dinner".

Widely reported as the original voice of "Tony the Tiger" in Kellogg's Sugar Frosted Flakes commercials in the early 1950s. Kellogg's, however, maintains that Thurl Ravenscroft was always the original voice.

  1. It's too bad America was the way it was and in many cases still the same today, Roy Glen should have been a leading man in many of his movies. Unfortunately, it's America's lost of a star, supreme talent!
